A bit about myself.

Hi there! 👋

I’m Josephine, a Service and UX Designer passionate about creating seamless experiences that make everyday life easier, more enjoyable and positively impact the planet. I thrive in ambitious, data-driven teams that push boundaries to innovate and improve services on a daily basis.

With experience as a Service and UX Design Lead at the digital agency Hoppinger, I’ve helped both commercial and non-profit clients—including Alzheimer Nederland, the Hartstichting, and Gastronomixs—enhance their digital services. My expertise spans researching user needs, facilitating stakeholder sessions, creating intuitive designs, prototyping, user testing, and delivering impactful digital solutions.

After Hoppinger, I took on a new challenge at Stichting Fibershed Nederland, where I applied my design and organizational skills to support a collaborative network of entrepreneurs in the sustainable textile sector. Here, I led the establishment of Fibershed Europe, uniting 16 organizations under a shared mission.

In my free time, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors, staying active with various sports, or crafting my own clothes and furniture—always learning, experimenting, and creating.
